Will my bouquet look exactly like the picture?
We try our best to match the images, but slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability.
What happens if the recipient is not available?
We will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbor, or schedule a re-delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled once processed.
Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes! We have weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly flower subscription plans. Contact us for details.
Do you provide flowers for weddings or events?
