A: Absolutely! We source fresh flowers daily to ensure the highest quality and long-lasting beauty.
Q: Will my bouquet look exactly like the picture?
A: We try our best to match the images, but slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability.
2. Delivery & Shipping
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to The Netherlands and Belgium.
Q: Can I get same-day delivery?
A: Yes, same-day delivery is available for select locations if you place your order before 12 pm.
Q: Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: While we cannot guarantee exact-time deliveries, you can specify a preferred time range, and we will try our best to accommodate it.
Q: What happens if the recipient is not available?
A: We will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbor, or schedule a re-delivery.
3. Payments & Discounts

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL, and bank transfers.

A: Contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged flowers, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled once processed.
Q: What if my delivery is late?
A: While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or courier issues. Refunds are not provided for delivery delays beyond our control.
